Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order - no minimum.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 8-12 days of being placed, including 1-3 business days to process your order (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). During peak seasons (such as November-December) deliveries can take a few extra days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking can take 2-3 business days to show its first update.

Multiple items

Products may ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one package. Each package has its own tracking.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, contact us at lcsphibonacci@gmail.com and we will resend your order or issue a refund.
