30-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. No restocking fees.
How it works
- Email lcsphibonacci@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (a photo helps if something arrived damaged).
- We reply within 1-2 business days with next steps.
- If we need the item back, we will send you the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
We send a free replacement or a full refund. You never pay return shipping for our mistakes.
Changed your mind
No problem. If we ask you to send the item back, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Otherwise, we refund you as soon as your request is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 20 business days after it shipped, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.
Gift cards are not refundable.
